You are my inheritance, O Lord! (Based on Ps 16:5)

We all think about the inheritance we are leaving for others at some point in our lives. Elisha wasted no time in making his decision when confronted by Elijah (1 Kings 19:19-21). What would you have done? What will you do with your life and legacy?

As we get closer to the end of our time on this world in this flesh, those thoughts become more pronounced. What’s your legacy going to be? As you breath, you still have time to influence that. You can’t erase the past, but you can change the perspective those around you have of the past. And that matters!

As Catholics, not only do we have our faith, but we also have the treasure of the Church and sacraments to help us become holy. Life will change you. The Church will shape you. But only you can change what you leave behind.

It’s cool to be Catholic! COOL2B!

In Christ!
